Srinivas is a seasoned professional with a remarkable three-decade track record in the pharmaceutical industry. With a foundation built at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Limited, where he ascended from Trainee to Senior Director (Delivery Head North America), Srinivas brings unparalleled techno-commercial expertise. Co-founding Neuheit Pharma Technologies in 2013, he has successfully delivered various dosage forms to clients across the US, EU and other markets. Srinivas's strategic prowess is evident in his role as a key figure in product development, project management and regulatory compliance, contributing significantly to the global standards of the generics business and securing numerous patents along the way.

Krishnakant Gandhi
With over 25+ years of distinguished techno-commercial experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Krishnakant Gandhi is a seasoned Technical Consultant at Concresco Pharmaceutical Research Center. Having played pivotal roles at renowned organizations like Lupin, Orchid, Alembic and Dr. Reddy's, Krishnakant's expertise spans product out-licensing, differentiated dosage form development and global market launches. His dynamic career includes serving as a delivery manager for EU, Emerging markets, and India at Dr. Reddy’s. Since October 2018, consulting on technical aspects for various companies. Krishnakant's achievements include successful product licensing, innovative anti-tubercular formulations and recognition for his role in once-daily extended-release formulations. As a recipient of the FDD Leadership Award and acknowledgments for effective people management, Krishnakant continues to be a driving force in pharmaceutical innovation and leadership at Concresco.
Rajkumar Shinde
Director
With 28+ years of extensive experience in various analytical roles spanning development, validations, tech transfer and product launch support, Rajkumar Shinde is a seasoned analytical expert. He has contributed his expertise to reputable organizations like Wockhardt, Lupin, Strides Arcolab, Torrent Pharma, Dr. Reddy’s (India and Netherlands) and Alembic Pharma. Rajkumar specializes in meeting analytical requirements for markets including US, EU, AU, Canada, Brazil and India, with proficiency in reverse engineering and designing analytical development strategies for ANDA and NDA formulations. His skills extend to method validations, risk assessments, analytical life cycle management, quality investigations and auditing. Certified in regulatory affairs and chromatographic validations, Rajkumar is also a Six Sigma Green belt holder. He excels in utilizing advanced characterization techniques and has received numerous awards for his analytical excellence and innovation, including successful product characterization and approval and leading innovative teams for 505b2 projects. Rajkumar has a proven track record of completing quality audits such as USFDA, MHRA and ANVISA, showcasing his strong analytical development skills, problem-solving ability, project management expertise and adaptability to global project requirements.
